Privacy notice
What happens to the details you send me through the contact form.
Who I am
This website is run by Oliver Baxter, trading as Baxtero Websites. I am the controller of the personal data described below. You can contact me at hello@baxtero.co.uk.
What I collect
When you use the contact form I collect the details you enter:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your business name and website, if you give them
- the type of project and monthly plan you're interested in
- anything you write in the comments box
Why I use it
I use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare and deliver your project. My lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me.
Who sees it
Your message is sent by email, so it passes through my email provider (Simply.com). I do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long I keep it
If your enquiry doesn't lead to a project, I delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, I keep project records for as long as needed to support your site and meet my legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll respond. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
